LAW APPLICABLE OWING TO DISPUTE
All complaints and disputes should be resolved and explored within the confines of the law. In compliance with the rules applicable to mediation, you are bound, before any request for mediation, to have notified ShareRide2go in writing of any dispute in order to obtain an amicable solution.
LITIGATION
Members of the platform generally have rights against each other and against the company as framed under the company’s rules, regulations and policies. In cases of serious breach of human rights, ShareRide2go should be given prior let in to investigate issues among its subscribers and act accordingly within her policies and rule of law to the amicable resolving of unlawful act by any of its subscribers.
