In the context of your use of the Platform, ShareRide2Go will collect and process some of your personal data. In using the Platform and registering as Member, you recognize and accept the processing of your personal data by ShareRde2Go in compliance with the applicable law and the stipulations of the Privacy Policy Act.
BASIC PRINCIPLES OF SHARERIDE2GO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
i.) All data collected has a stated purpose which is for a safe, secured and beneficial network ride adverts and sharing.
ii.) Information collected from an individual cannot be disclosed to other organizations or individuals unless specifically authorized by law or consent of the individual.
iii.) We collect, save and processes information of members with the sole aim of giving quality ride services and healthy networking to subscribers.
iv.) Records kept on an individual should be accurate and up to date.
v.) There are mechanisms to review them to ensure accuracy. This includes periodic reporting.
vi.) We will not transmit personal information to any location where “equivalent” personal data protection cannot be assured or abused.
vii.) Some data are too sensitive to be collected unless under extreme circumstances (e.g religion, tribe, race etc).
ShareRide2go Promotes safety, integrity and security:
We use the information that we have to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam and other bad experiences, maintain the integrity of our services, promote safety and security on and off ShareRide2go platform.
We affirm that as community travel platform created to the service of mutual travel and ride funding, we will never share the data of our members or outsource information to a third party that is capable of undermining the trust and integrity we enjoy from our subscribers.
